Who is Gusti Pugliesi?

Gusti Pugliesi means 'Tastes from Puglia.' I am inspired by the food I grew up eating in my home town of Molfetta on the South East coast of Italy.

From home made focaccia to traditional pasta dishes. My aim is to showcase authentic Italian cuisine from my home country using fresh ingredients, made with passion and love.
